Non resolution of claim
Bought a skirt from USA on Ebay. It took a while to arrive (am in Australia) the seller giving me excuses (and proven to be false)
When the skirt arrived it was not the size advertised (it wouldn't fir an 8 year old, my partner (who the skirt was for) wasn't very happy, neither was I.
Did the claim thing through paypal, as I expected the seller ( SEAN TARR) to be an a**h*** and I was right. He sent abusive emails, didn't respond to paypal, accused us of causing trouble.
The claim through paypal took ages and having done everything we were told to do, we were told that paypal had closed the claim.
I lost the cost of the skirt and two lots of postage to/ from Australia.
I have proof of postage, I have tracking proof. I am prepared to sue paypal for the way we were treated with this. If this is the way paypal tret their customers, then I am not interested in being a customer anymore
