bogus paypal bs

we purchased a laptop from what we thought was a reputable dealer

paid via paypal within 5 minutes of ending

received a Broken useless laptop

returned and paid Extra for Shipping to seller

No refund, no explanation, no nothing from seller or paypal

there is a scam going on here

I think Paypal, ebay and certain sellers are all stealing together
no 2 ways about it

they are all theives
