Default Getting scammed, advise please

Hi guys, I'm new here and already hoping for some advise <*** ***="images/smilies/smile.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Smile" cl***="inline***" />

Basicly, a buying is trying to scam me on eBay/Paypal.

I sold a Neo mStation (it's a car based mp3 player) for £165 including postage, the guy recieved it, claimed bits are missing (even though they are not) and opened a dispute on Paypal. After a few messages, he then escalated it into a claim and I have been waiting for a week now for Paypal to make a decision on it. However, on the last message that I put on the dispute console, I put a link to his feedback that shows that he bought another Neo mStation 4 days after buying mine for £100 so it's obvious that he is just trying to save himself £65. Also, my one that he bought was a 250gb version 2, where as th e cheaper one is a 40gb version 1 (which isn't worth £100 anyway!).

Does anyone know how long Paypal will take to decide who is right and who is wrong, and who's favour they are likely to rule in, as I can't use my Paypal account until this has been resolved (which is a pain as I have £235 sitting in my account).

Also, what would be the best way of getting theNeo mStation back if they do rule in his favour? As I charged him £15 for the postage but it actually cost me £30 so I'm already out of pocket!

As you can probably imagine, I'm not very happy, so much so that when my new business website (for an extra little income) goes online I'll be paying for a proper credit card processing company for card payments on my site rather then using Paypal which I was in th eprocess of setting up on it :@
