pal pal will not refund

After I got a empty package in the mail I thought okay I will try to get a refund....how incorrect I was. it was open with nothing in it <*** ***="images/smilies/confused.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Confused" cl***="inline***" />. So I went to pal pal to file a claim well after a month of waiting thay wanted prof it was emty so I filed a police report that sttd it was empty upon arrival to the post office. after I fax this to pay pal I waited another week they sent me a email sttd that the police report filed is not vailed and closed the claim tried to fight but in the end I paid for nothing so if thinking of useing pay pal DON"T YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY PAY PAL really is not any good just go to the store at least something gos wroung you can get a refund. pay pal not so much.
