I'm not sure if anyone has been to this site, and I hate posting old information, but you might want to go to Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) | Home and check it out.

I went here after a chargeback was filed against me and paypal claimed they had to comply with the bank. Long story short, I did get my money back and an apology from paypal just last Saturday. The buyer is a scammer and has made 1500.00 in purchases then does a chargeback. They are still selling on ebay at this time.

This site is for reporting internet based crimes of all types. I did report the buyer that scammed me on this site. The read your report and then forward the information on to the people who can handle that type of situation.

I am putting it here because I do not see why we cannot ALL go here and file a report against PAYPAL. Since they enable people to scam us through their corporation, they should be held liable for those transactions. Especially because they are owned by Ebay, thus they work together to enable people to carry out their scams, then tell the victim that they cannot protect them.

Please take a look at it. It is self explanatory and is very quick to file a report. At least it is something and if there are numerous complaints filed against paypal and ebay, and they get forwarded to the right people, maybe they will finally get investigated.
