Default Theft by PayPal
Would someone be able to tell me if paypal are wthin their rights to hold £400.00 GBP of my money, they say their is a link between my account and a business account which has limitations. The limitations on this business account are in the process of being sorted and paypal now have a cheque but they will not unlock / unrestrict my account with my personal money in it. How do they expect me to feed, put nappies on my 2 yr old and all this stress isn't good for my 5 month pregnancy! someone PLEASE help me!!!
