I keep getting requests for personal information for our business account. Like others we have done an extensive amount of sales through eBay using PayPal. We have had one complaint in 3 years and quickly refunded the transaction as obviously the client did not understand her purchase. When I signed up with PayPal I used our business id number they keep asking me for personal information. I have spent somewhere close to 16 hours on the phone to handle this however the only response I get is another request telling me that the social security number on my account does not match.

We have gone back to using our merchant account and refuse to use PayPal for any transactions. At this point I just want my account closed however I can't even do that!
