PayPal Scammed Me and my Money

I recieved a letter from Paypal stating my account had been locked. So wondering what was goin on I called them. The girl from support was clueless on what had happened and could only tell me I had violated user policy. So I'm like ok, exactly how and when did this happen as I only use Paypal for items won on Ebay. She just keep stating violation, so here I'm stressing out wondering if someone hacked my account or if identity theft had taken place. I didn't know then and I still don't know now what happened. All she could tell me was "Violation of User Policy had taken place". I asked her how I could unlock account and she told me to follow online instructions. To my surprise there are none and after furthur research I have found that for the rest of my existance I can never use Paypal again from the mystery violation. Now my bank account information is in there scammy database and I don't even have access to my account to erase the account info, Not to mention my $100 dollars that "Should" be mailed back to me in 180 days. I can't believe this company is not taken down by the federal government!! Talk about "White Collar" CRime!! B@st@rds.
