Ripped off by Pay Pal

Paypal refunded money in the buyers favor after I disputed the fact that he received the merchandise and his money back thanks to Paypal. Now, because I refuse to put more money into the account they are turning me into collections.
I have disputed this action all along.
Paypal refuses to close my account until I pay them the money again. Meanwhile they have access to by bank account.

I know exactly how you feel as paypal did the same thing to me. Here is my story: I sold an item on ebay 8 the buyer of the item received it left positive feedback and then 3 days later filed a dispute. The buyer got his money back I did not get my item back but still owe paypal the $ recieved for the item. what a crock. I tried to fight it and get my item back until I had enough. They told me I would have to get a lawyer outside of paypal to get my item back. I tried to pay some on it but they wanted it all. So now I am in collections for the amount they refuned the buyer and I lost my item. Scamed for sure. I will not and have not use paypal ever again nor would I ever reccomend paypal to anyone. I will pay the collection since I do not wish to hurt my credit but believe me it will in extremely small amounts. They keep calling and I absolutely refuse to answer. paypal jerks people around and quite frankly are very dishonest. I am a true without a doubt believer in DIVINE JUSTICE:::
