suspicious activity

so i try to log into my paypal account which has almost $200 , it says limited account which means i can't withdraw any money but meanwhile customers are still paying me for items that they have won in my actions. the only explaination i get is suspicious activity in my account . after many emails i still cant get them to tell me what they mean by suspicious activity. meanwhile i can't get to the funds to ship out any products. this makes me looks like the bad guy and eventually my ebay account will be suspended. STAY AWAY FROM PAY PAL . THEY DONT CARE AND THEY ARE CROOKED!!!!!
