Paypal Chargeback 120 days after auction

I am looking for mail to information and fax information for Paypal to put on a complaint that I am filing with the State Attorney General does anyone have it?

After reading all these horror stories about Paypal I am wondering does anyone ever win? I received a chargeback 120 days after the auction ended and the buyer has the merchandise

I'm in the same situation..Buyer filed a chargeback, recieved their money back, kept the item, and I have a financial loss. PayPAl will NOT help, they simply wash their hands of any issues dealing with chargebacks.

Something is wrong with this picture. At the very least, the buyer should have to return the item. Isn't it FRAUD to be in illegal possession of an item that you haven't paid for?
