Default Unresponsive customer service
PayPal has agreed to a credit of $10 to my account for a promotion that their payment system could not handle as promised.

Buit it's taken probably ten emails to them to get this arranged, with endless unresosponsive form letters. Moreover the credit promised within 5 working days has NOT ACTUALLY BEEN MADE after 10 DAYS.
