Paypal Money Held till case is closed.

I just Sold an Item to a buyer for $3000 USD and buyer paided by Paypal. Next day checked my email and money was held because acording to paypal the buyer did not authorise the transaction. They are making the illusion to the seller that some hacker hacked to their ULTRA Secure unbreakable Paypal Accounts and started scamming. Tried to contact the buyer by countless emails. Had one email from the buyer confirming he recieved the goods and laughing at me with insults saying nothing you can do, he will get money back and free goods.

The money has been held by Paypal for over 6 weeks now and despite sending countless proof of delivery and tracking numbers by email, fax and photo copies. They never recieved anything.

Phoned them many times and Customer Service staff keeps saying send in proof which they recieved countless times by fax, recorded delivery and email.

Makes me wonder if Paypal has any part with the scams. Zero protection for the Seller and full Protection for the scammers.
