Paypal, safe and easy? WHAT A LIE!

I won't make this long, but i sold an item over ebay for about $600. The buyer received the merchandise then filed an authorized claim against me. Although I did provide a tracking number, I didn't provide a signature request from the buyer (even though ANYONE can sign for a package) When PayPal found out I didn't get a signature, they were all singing and dancing, praising my mistake since they succeeded in favoring the scammer

Its not that I don't like PayPal, its just that the favor the scammer every single time.
