I too was ripped off by galer/paypal. It was to the tune of $171. Paypal & employees kept a little over $50. Do you think wre could get the ALCU intertested in our case? I think they'd like that case. Eugene

My CC was charged 78.65 by Galer Corp one day after I made an online purchase at Eddie Bauer in the US. It could be coincidence, but I think it isn't, since I use this card very, very rarely.
Cutting up card and asking bank for refund.
Good Luck to everyone on this thread!

Your all mostaly talking about them taken money from your account because you all have bought Virtual Currency for the Games that you play Online. You can get this money back from paypal if you can prove to them that you did not purchase from Galer Corp. Its not Galer Corps fault, its simply all of you that are fault for allowing your details to be so easily taken. And anyway, most of you probably would be buying Virtual Currency and then stating to paypal that you did not authorise such transaction or clain you hadn't received your purchase. Basically the small guy loses because the liars make it tuff. Before you all think that this is ****! think again. Paypal can check your IP's, and computer ID's to check on the transactions. Or they get experts to do such checks.

Galer hit me twice in one day ($130.89 and $87.09) and then I had three Skype charges of $12.00 ($36.00 total) that I do not know who or where they came from. I am going to put a stop payment with my bank opn all five, and I have notified Paypal as well. Changed my p***word with them Paypal to. (that would be a saver for all) Since Paypal is out of California, someone within the state shoudl notify the Attorney General of California of this fruad.

Didn't even have a PAYPAL account, but paypal deducted over £50 from my credit card for this Galer Corp last november. Didn't spot this until I tried to pay for some goods on ebay today only to find a paypal account already had my credit card number attached, so refused payment.
