I got the same email now am calling my bank and contacting Paypal. When I clicked on the link it didn't take me anywhere and that's a good thing because my IP address would have been recorded.

I recieved the same e-mail from Dell. It was shipping to the same address & everything. I went to paypal to "cancel transaction" and could not find the transaction on my account. I could not figure out what to do or whom to call, so I closed the account. I don't even know if I'm being charged or not!
