USD13k reversed in 1 day!!!!

Hi, this is the link of my transaction:

After 4 'successful' transactions within 5 weeks, the buyer suddenly reversed the payment total USD11,620 leaving my account negative balance hence being limited.

I have all the emails, shipping receipts with me. In the above URL date Oct 16, you can see where the buyer stated 'Item Received', meaning that the item was received by them, but now the payments are reversed.

What should i do next? Should i submit all do***ents to paypal? Will i be investigated by FBI?
