Default Lost $300, not on eBay, can I get my money back?
Someone scammed me $300 on another site. If i remember correctly paypal only protects ebay purchases. Does this mean no matter whatI cannot get my money back? This was not a cc purchase so I can't chargeback. Is there any point in filing a paypal dispute?

The guy who scammed me transferred his funds to another account and he is probably going to close his pp account I sent to :S

Am I out of luck?
