someone used my paypal for rapidshare and megaupload

So I check my bank account this morning and see 3 pending charges to paypal. So I check out my paypal which I havent used for a year, one for megaupload and 2 for rapidshare all took place on may 9th. I've never even been on any of these sites.
I call paypal and file claims on these charges and they said they'll send my money back within 10 days. How long does it usually take for you to get your money back

you think paypal could of gave me a notice of these transactions when they happened since my accound has been inactive for sometime. Ive been with paypal since 03 and never had a problem until now.
