Fraud Email Received

I received the email below, with a request for an update to my account. I have pasted and copied the email so you can handle the situation.
Bernie Monroe sent me a paypal update to fill in my info at this email address.
I received a notification this was a fraud, so I am reporting it to you to take action! email below I received.
