Frozen Account, What Else?

I have $9,205.00, YES over $9,000.00 frozen right now with PayPal. I had a personal PayPal account and was doing business through it. Selling mostly to one website that was buying air purifiers from me for re-sale from their buisness.
They must have done something to upset PayPal because their site is frozen and because I received funds from them, my account is frozen.
I was told that they would not touch my money to handle refunds for this other website I did business with but were holding my money for 180 days anyway.
If anyone knows what I could do about it, I would love some ideas.
