I have a hold on my Paypal Account. eBay customer support will tell you it is because of poor performance! That is not the Case at all, I had two negative feedback’s that was left in error, the record will bear that out, one was an older lady and the other person let her teen daughter talk her into or put the feedback on and later regretted the action. Both good people and buyers. They called eBay and eBay advise them that the seller would have to send in a revision request, I didn’t have any, I had used my limited allotment. Both Buyers added great revues to their follow up feedback. I called and was able to get to feedback and Trust, a lady took my call, she reviewed my record and told me “I will take that off, Mr. Fricks” a week passed, she didn’t, I call back and the person that put the hold on the account said NO, that the buyers told the truth in the follow up and it would not hurt me. It did hurt me, I called again to feedback and trust, a name John review the case and said he could not understands all this, that this was wrong and that he would remove the feedback’s, he did so while I was on the phone plus said that since I had been treated so badly and had a good record that I deserved more, he removed another negative feedback that occurred earlier in the year without me requesting it. I am happy or thought I was!!!!!!!!

The hold remained on my Paypal account, I was told that it would remain on there until September 20, or until my next evaluation. This story is like a man in prison, he has been pardon by the Governor, but the Governor says you will still have to serve your time.

I cannot get back to feedback and trust department, eBay customer support will not transfer my call back to them. When I call customer support I get people that can’t speak English, I got a Supervisor or at least he said he was this weekend that said he was in Asia, so help me this is all I understood, ugh, I ask something else and ugh, I raise my voice and he said something like”ya speak dik tat and I cut yu of” I would swear under oath or take a lie detector test plus you have the recorded telephone call, I hope!

This is hurting my business, it is hindering my ability to earn a living, it is a sad day on eBay when this happens. They eBay, pretend they want to help you grow a business, but then they cut your funds off, you can’t ship, you can’t restock. You can’t pay your help.

I have never cause a customer any financial loss, I have never caused eBay or Paypal a financial loss.

Both eBay and Paypal is now causing me a financial loss without cause.
