I Need Some Help

Hi! I would like to know if you can help me. I have paid through PayPal for an ebay item $751.60 (for me it is a very big amount). I have received a completely different item , so it was a lie. I asked PayPal for help, as I know they can give me a credit and charge my seller. They said that this is deal between my seller and me. Please help me if you can . If you need more details , I’ll provide you with everything I have.
