I’m Going To Miss College This Year

I was in need of money to pay for college, and decided to sell a tablet computer on ebay. It went for $1,545 total. I was in contact with the seller alot and the address was confirmed/verified. The item was shipped to Russia and the money was in my back account the next day. 4 Days later pay pal tells me that the Buyer cant be contacted and that he commited fraud. I sent paypal proof that I sent it and it was recieved. Paypal says that cant offer any help because it was sent over seas, and its basically my fault for using paypal. Now they are threating to go into my bank account and taking the money. Depending on what happens, im going to miss college this year because I was really counting on the money.
