In Scammer’s Favor

I have used paypal for a few years now. But recently I fell victim to a nasty chargeback. I had sold a laptop, valued at $1200, to an ebay user in Russia. They had asked me to ship the computer via EMS (USPS). I had done this, and received a tracking number to make sure I was safe.
Unfortunately, EMS does not continue to track overseas. Three weeks later I received a chargeback notice. Sent ebay all correspondence emails and the tracking number, which showed that I had sent out the package. Well, I lost the chargeback, and paypal said they could not argue in my favor.
I fell victim to a scam artist, who knew that EMS shipping would not track after the package left the US (which i did not know at the time). All the proof I had was no good for paypal, and I was swindled out of $1200.
