Limited Account, theft of funds
After 12 years of being an upright, fee paying, card/account verified, problem solving seller, Paypal triggered an “account restriction” when I applied for a Paypal debit card.
Now I have been going in circles for three months to get the account restored. I’ve given up on that and am now just trying to get the funds from the account released and run for cover from this scam/theft/swindle/fraud/graft operation.
fraudBay and theftPal are trying to run smaller accounts out of business and shove them into the chipper shredder. Thanks Meg!!! Please finish crashing HP. Enjoy the next launch Elon!!! I know where I would like to shove an Orion capsule.
I have noticed that anything that was on auto-pay–e.g. Boingo, ClickBank, etc still are allowed to thieve off their slice. This in and of itself is illegal. You can’t a restrict an account from sending money, except for automated account milkers. It’s anathema. See the fair credit act and new legislation about slamming and robo-theft.
THIS SH**FEST IS UNBELIEVABLE.
THESE ARE $2300 OF MY HARD EARNED FUNDS AND I CAN”T GET ACCESS TO THEM, SPEND THEM, TRANSFER THEM, USE THEM OR DO ANYTHING WITH THEM.
WTF IN CHR** NAME IS GOING ON AND HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK AND OUT OF THIS PIGSTY????

Biggest scam allowed to operate by the US government and governments around the world. HOw is is that a compant can take their users money against their will and not give it back? If I were to do that to people I would go to prison for fraud but somehow it is OK when it’s paypal doing it. It’s absolutely sickening these bloodsuckers are still in business. It just goes to show how corrupt regulatory agencies are.
They are one of the biggest scam companies out there. And they can do this because they are not federally regulated. I found this out after it was too late and I was shut down. THey held my money for 180 days before they released it to me. That is most likely what they will do in your case.
If you are lucky you will get your money back after 6 months. Me? I wasn’t so lucky. They had $2,900 of mine on hold, and after 6 months they sent me an email saying that I had to provide tracking numbers and delivery confirmations for a whole bunch of old eBay orders (most of which were from YEARS ago) otherwise they were going to refund those buyers their money. They had no reason or legal grounds to make this demand, as the buyers that they had referenced hadn’t filed any kind of dispute or anything like that. Oh, and did I mention they gave me “24 hours from this notice” to comply? Well I didn’t see the email until after the 24 hours had already passed, and I urgently logged into my account to check it only to find that they had completely wiped out my balance and refunded all of those customers – and even put me into a negative $150 status. I called and called and talked to supervisor after supervisor, and they wouldn’t do a thing for me. And on top of that they sent me to collections for the negative balance!! Are you FRRREAKING KIDDING ME?!? My blood boils to this day when I think back about that; it was 5 years ago this month and each August it pops up in my mind again. Sons of bitches…
did it really take all of 12 years before you realized that you were being fucking scammed and raped by a criminal organization?? If your country is NOT doing anything (I mean why hasn’t some SEAL UNIT stormed into the White HOuse to take Obama as a prisoner?? He is clearly ILLEGAL?? Why should paypal care about customers now?? They are stealing all they can because the CEO’s and exec’s at the top have given the word that their company is going for broke!!! They have less respect for any of their clients and why should they?? there has never been a personal relationship between the oldest highest cash-flow account right down to the piddliest little seller ever!! This is in large part due to the technology itself depersonalizing the traditional business model!! So of course they have no respect for any customer now! NOt even the largest money generators!! The end is nigh!!
