They limited my account until I stopped offering it as a payment option at one of my advertising sites. They didn’t give me a specific reason, except that it broke their AUP as they thought it was a pyramid or ponzi scheme, MLM or whatever else breaks the AUP.
It most definitely isn’t any of these, and there are hundreds of identical sites out there that they allow. They wouldn’t listen to reason, wouldn’t give me a detailed reason and kept sending me in circles, even though I did everything they asked me to do.
I suspect they picked on my site because there is a picture of a Mayan Temple (pyramid) in the header! That’s the only reason I can think of, because the site complies with all their AUP requirements.

It could have been one of your competitiors that made a false complaint about you to paypal in order to get you shut down and that way eliminating competition. There are a lot of other services then paypal that you can use for accepting payments online and they are all easier to use and more reliable when it comes to running a business.
