Lost dispute despite proof of delivery
Ebay froze my account when buyer/scammers claimed their items were never received. I have proof with the post office the items were received but the buyer is always right with ebay and paypal and they took money out of my account without telling me. Like you lost, ha ha! No I didn’t! I had proof the items were delivered, but it didn’t matter to them so they gave the money back to the buyers.The buyers got their money back AND the items for free. What a fucking joke! I cannot afford doing business like this. They always side with complainers who have no proof of anything. Whereas I had paper proof receits and a slip from the post office including an official letter from the post office saying one item was sent/shipped/received but they won’t give me a refund or let me sell with that account anymore.

Please say it isn’t so. A tracking number is all you can count on when selling with ebay and paypal since they do not consider any kind of e-mails or correspondence with the buyer as evidence. So now they are just going to take the buyers word for it?? That is BS. It has all ready gotten bad selling with Paypal and now it is going downhill faster and faster. They want you to ship with our receiving paymentt, paying out of pocket for shipping and now they won’t even recognize a tracking number. Shame on you PayPal
Sometimes it feels like there is just no winning with ebay or paypal. I had a claim filed against me and it took a mountain of paperwork to get the whole matter cleared up. I feel like they are rooting against you as a company. It’s unnerving.
