Add me to the growing list of people providing paypal interest income from frozen funds. I was buyer. Paypal froze the seller’s funds. I have no sale item and paypal won’t return my money. They have the letter from the seller stating he will not ship because he can’t acces funds, and they have been “reviewing” the case for over a month. The moment I get this resolved succesfully or not, I am closing my paypal account permanently. I suggest you do so as well.
