Never Received The Product
Writer Wishes To Remain Anonymous
I ordered software online through PayPal. I did NOT set up an account with them. Howevwer, I still have not received the product, and my credit card was charged on the 17th of this month. I tried e-mailing the product company, but haven’t heard anything back. I also e-mailed PayPal, but that was just today. Thank you for your site. If I have, indeed, been “ripped-off” I will notify the DAV. I don’t think they will like having Disabled Veterans (like ME) being treated this way.
