Incorrect Refund For PayPal Camera Purchase

I used paypal through the 2004 holidays and purchased a $2000 US camera. When the holidays were over and I contacted the company for shipping, they advised me that the payment was refunded because I lived in Canada and had to deal with them directly and not paypal.
I went back to my paypal account and noticed that the original charge was $2536.72 Canadian and paypal refunded me $2424.49 Canadian. That is a $112.23 difference. The company I dealt with refunded me the full amount, the difference was from paypal and I can't do anything about it, no merchandice in hand, but a $112.23 bill. Figure that one out.
