PayPal Closed My Case
Writer Wishes To Remain Anonymous
I had “opened a case” regarding a Ebay item that I ordered arrived damaged. Paypal Protection Policy was in effect on this item. They assured me that if I sent the item back to the seller that they would refund my full purchased price. I did and while the package was in transit they closed my case. Paypal sucks, there is no clearr person that “handles your case”, hopefully you never have one! I have contacted the FBI, Im sure they will be able to “reopen their eyes” and my case. See ya, wouldnt want to be ya!
