Writer Wishes To Remain Anonymous
I bought an item on Ebay using Paypal to pay for the item. It was a comfort to believe that Paypal would guarantee money back should the transaction go wrong as it was an expensive item. Item arrived damaged and I filed a claim with Paypal. They told me to send the item back and they would refund me. I sent the item back at enormous cost. Before the receiver even had the item (three packages) Paypal closed the case saying that I had sent invalid tracking information. UPS had given me one invalid package number. Paypal will not respond to e-mails. I was told when I phoned Paypal and finally talked to an agent (after incredibly lengthy waits to talk to an agent) that I should send an e-mail. Paypal does not respond to e-mails. Case closed as far as Paypal is concerned.
