PayPal Gave Me The Old Run Around

In Oct. of 2004 I received 2 payments through Paypal from the same buyer, they amounted to 452.92 cents, Paypal put the funds in my account, one month later they reversed the payment, of course the buyer had my merchandise, I called Paypal many times and got the “old run around.” So I paid for Square Trade, the mediator got nowhere with the buyer and close the mediation, seems like if the buyer doesn’t want to participate, they close the case………Ebay, did not help, either, they felt the need to “protect” the buyer. As of today, I am still out my 452.92 cents……..I am going to cancel my paypal account. Don’t think they care about you, only about themselves…….
