PayPal Holding Money Captive

I have $1800, being held captive in paypal fir six months, because they say that the purses I was selling I cannot prove authenticity. I have sold seven and out of the seven, four have given me great feedback and the other three have yet to receive their bags. What the hell can I do to get my money out oa paypal and move on
