Writer Wishes To Remain Anonymous

I HAVE BEEN IN SHOCK AND DISMAY!PAYPAL HAS FROZEN MY ACCOUNT DUE TO SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOR BY TWO OF MY BUYERS. I HAVE SPENT A SMALL FORTUNE AND A LARGE AMOUNT OF MY TIME FAXING IN REQUESTED DOCUMENTS. I STILL HAVE NO ANSWER. AFTER I FAX IN REQUESTED DOCUMENTS THEN IT IS MORE OF SOMETHING ELSE THEY NEED. MY ACCOUNT HAD ALMOST 1400.00 IN IT. IF YOU THINK IT CANNOT HAPPEN TO YOU, THINK AGAIN! I HAD 100% POSITIVE FEEDBACK!! I HAVE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES AND THEY SAID IT WAS ROUTINE…THIS WAS OVER 2 WEEKS AGO. NOW MY ACCOUNT IS DOWN TO 653.00 DUE TO HAVING TO SUPPLY REFUND BECAUSE MY MONEY HAS BEEN TIED UP!!PLEASE LISTEN TO ME AND DO NOT USE PAYPAL!! I AM A STAY AT HOME PARENT TRYING TO MAKE A LIVING AND WAS DOING WELL. I TOOK PRIDE IN MY QUICK DELIVERY AND POSITIVE FEEDBACK SCORE….THEN PAYPAL RUINED ALL THE HOURS I HAD WORKED!!

    PAY PAL GIVES ME HEADACHES. THEY’RE NOTHING BUT BIG BULLIES AND SCAMMERS. I recently experienced a similar issue where they detected fraud/ suspicious activity. Inmy opinion they’re full of shit and they’re the ones who are being suspicious!!!!

    there is nothing worse them to be scamed by a company . Especially when you are working so hard and is relying on there part in saving your money. I was going to try them out for a little pit, but now hearing your story, open my eyes!!! well hope everything goes well for you and your family. Best of wishes.

    I was assigned to handle PayPal at a call center I was working in last year. And from first hand experience I can tell you this problem solving through the company is deliberately made very difficult. Not by us the Agents as we go through about 1 to 2 months worth of training classes. They coat things to make them seem legit. I will admit to you right now the second that we started learning about the “Product” as they refer to it, I had a very uneasy feeling every time. I’m not the exactly the smartest man in the world but anyone who went through that training knows right away what I am talking about. I want to apologize to any customer I may have handled and that may have become angry with me for not being able to solve the issue. The Truth is That’s how their system is set up, They have this catalog I forget what it’s actually called now but in that they have supposed “SOLUTIONS” to the problem yet every time I would use those tools to resolve the said situation it just made it worse. Resulting in Escalated calls which I later found out our Supervisors were also very rude to customers and some not all but some would not even try to resolve the issue(because there was no solution most of the time.)Again my apologies to any customer I may have talked to I was really working my ass off to solve the issue and if I couldn’t do it for you due to PayPal being what it is I’m truly truly sorry.

    And I’m very sorry that PayPal does this people I only worked at the call center which carried that account to try to support my Wife and I but had I known before going in that this was all a huge scam and a plot to screw people out of Money I never would have applied. I’m honestly glad I’m free of that account now.
