How can paypal reverse transaction with positive feedback?

The story is this:
sold the goods on Ebay, sent the goods, the buyer has received the goods, as reported in the reverse recall. everything’s fine, everyone is happy.
but after 3 weeks, Paypal deducts from my account for the amount of product, and explains, the card holder, said the unauthorized transfer.
I collect:
1. receipt from the post office.
a copy of the pages from Ebay. the purchase of goods, the payment of a positive feedback.
2. refer to the center of the resolution Paypal.
2 weeks Paypal requires proof that I sent the goods.
1 week later returns money to the buyer, the day after that takes a commission from my account about 30% of the withdrawal amount.

I do not know what to do, please help people, paypal is a scam, thank you.

It’s paypal they can do whatever they want and they say so in their user agreement that we all had to agree to (but none of us read) when we signed up. Paypal sucks the life out of families and business. There are more scammers using them at this point then there are real honest people. You know you are going to get ripped off selling with paypal so just write that off as a business expense.
