PAYPAL RIPS ANOTHER ONE OFF AND SMILES ABOUT IT

I am glad I found your site, BUT I WISH YOU WOULD INFORM US HOW AND/OR WHOME TO CONTACT TO GET INVOLVED WITH THE CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS

We do approximately $35,000 a month with paypal, because the customers want it (that will be changing this week) and there is NO PROTECTION FOR THE SELLER AT ALL

I have also shipped overseas and not used anything except AIRMAIL – only to have money refunded to the buyer – because of no tracking number – and then to have the customer e-mail and thank me for the free gift and their money refunded. SHOWED PAYPAL THE E-MAIL, but since it did not go through their’s or eBays e-mail system, nothing they can do

Had a customer purchase an item, went on vacation, used the item, gets back and informs me a month later, that he feels the item was used, so he wants his money back, I tell him to ship the item back UNUSED in NEW CONDITION, and I get it back – used – this is an electrical item. MY POLICY CLEARLY STATES – NO REFUND ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS – he ships it back, I see it is used and tell him NO REFUND I will ship it back, he files with paypal, I present my side – explaining my side and the situation, GUESS WHO GOT THE REFUND – yes he did, paypal is awfully free with my money

Had a customer purchase two items, sold at $9.95, and $1.95, we were late getting them out, so he filed a complaint, we ship them, he does not stop the complaint, the auction was a customized auction where it was combined items he asked us to list just for him.

In his complaint, he wins, paypal ASKS HIM NO ME, what the value was, he says $35, and they give it to him. Tell me there is nothing I can do now.

Customer pays $490 for two items, (thank God we did not ship them right away) paypal puts the money in our account, 5 days later they put a hold on the account for that amount, I ask WHY, and all I get is it is on hold. We were lucky on this one, but then again it happened to a $900 item, we get paid, the payment is in our account, 3 days later we ship, 2 days later, there is a hold, tell paypal we already shipped the item, paypal infoms us “YOU SHOULD NOT SHIP THE ITEM UNTIL THE PAYMENT CLEARS INTO YOUR ACCOUNT” well I thought once it said paid – completed that it was, but evidently not the case, but if you wait to long to ship, the customer is screaming at you. SO HOW LONG IS LONG ENOUGH FOR THE PAYMENT TO CLEAR

I have more, but this is enough, PAYPAL FEELS THEY CAN DO WHAT THEY WANT WHEN THEY WANT AND TO HELL WITH THE SELLER, wonder who they think they get their money from

I am working stongly on just taking bid pay and setting up my items with a link to my credit card merchant.

The credit card merchant account they are advertising on this site IS SUPER, SUPER EASY TO GET SET UP WITH, SUPER EASY TO USE, AND SUPER QUICK TO GET YOU YOUR MONEY, we have been using them for a little over 6 months now, and we had looked for 2 years for the right merchant account. THEN WE FOUND THIS ONE,AND ARE WE EVER HAPPY ABOUT IT.
