Paypal are thieves and breaking British laws

2 YEARS AGO another paypal user sent me £60 then £40 as personal payment owed. It was returned to the user as ‘suspicious activity’. The £100 is sat in their account, but cannot be paid to me as their account was limited.

£100 has been taken from my paypal account and I now have a negative balance. They passed my details onto IQOR a debt collection company to reclaim the money. I asked 4 questions which they never answered.

1. Why can’t you unlimit the other users account so that they can send me the money and resolve my negative balance. NO ANSWER

2. Although you say I owe paypal no money, why does my balance still show as negative even though the debt has been passed onto IQOR. If I ask the other user for the £100 again and pay off IQOR, how do I know that you won’t go through the same process of trying to take money off me which I consider as not being owed to paypal. NO ANSWER

3. I would like this treated as a formal complaint, as I am very unhappy with the service. I would like to ask why has nobody telephoned, emailed or wrote to try and resolve this complaint before? NO ANSWER

4. I made a subject access request under the data protection act so I can view the transcript of notes filed against my account. Why has this not been acted? NO ANSWER – SO PAYPAL ARE ESSENTIALLY BREAKING THE LAW HERE. WHAT ARE THEY TRYING TO HIDE? IF THEY CANNOT ANSWER THIS WHY CAN’T I GET MY MONEY BACK. THIEVES!

So basically paypal have stolen money from me. Given me no details as to why the money was taken. This has been for 2 years. Obviously I would not waste 2 years pursuing this. I just came across this webpage randomly. They are thieves and using their bullshit fraud prevention policies to steal money off people. I tried to resolve this many times and got nowhere.
