I purchased a laptop for $600 on ebay and paid thru Paypal. The seller ********** never sent the merchandise nor will refund my money. I've met all the rules for thier(paypal) $1000 "Buyer Protection" is a scam. They denied my claim and will not say why?
I wonder how many others have been ripped off doing business on Paypal. A lot I'll bet.
