I sent 1500.00 to a seller for some items. When I didn't recv, I filed a cliam with paypal. They told me to try and work it out. So the seller emails me and tells me unless I remove the claim he is not shipping anything. Well, he never shipped anything and of course paypal says "sorry you are out of luck, we won't reopen the claim". I am considering a lawsuit against paypal since the seller is overseas. They need to stand by their service especially when they know the payee was tricked into dropping the claim.
