Paypal Failed To Make Contact When Fraud Reported On Our Credit Card.

We opened a Pay Pal account when I chose to pay by credit card for a purchase. Pay Pal kept saying our card was registered to an other account. We tried to call the number however waiting 25 minutes on an international phone line we gave up and have kept sening e:mails. We have not after 5 days had a response and have now taken action through our Australian Bank and Visa international. Our bank has advised us that they are considering blocking their cards access to Pay Pal as there are too many problems and no customer backup. They can reverse transactions and insure payments through the visa network. aparrantly the cost of fraud has grown way beyond the normal limits and they are also having trouble with Pay Pal.
We have now cancelled our cards and have sent e:mails asking how to cancell our account with Pay Pal. I understand that they are linked to E:bay. As such if I can not recieve any support on this we will no longer use ebay.
