Paypal brushed off my customer grievances for months and meanwhile froze my account and pockets the interest. I had to get my Visa involved. My Visa had to backcharge them. I asked Paypal to close my account. They refuse. Now that they leave it open I get false charges I think are coming from the company employees. There is no one you can go to in the company when your accountis being mishandled. They do not care customer service is a joke. How can I get them to CLOSE my account??? When does the fraud stop?
