I sold a wallet on ebay and the buyer paid using paypal . I posted it recorded delivery and the buyer received it next day and left me postive feedback saying how pleased she was with item. A month later, I discoved the transaction was being reversed. Paypal failed to notify me and I only found out when my account went negative. I have the postal slip proving delivery and emailed paypal. Paypal returned the monies to the crooked buyer without considering my side of the transaction and never even emailed me when the dispute was started. Also the buyer refuses to communicate with me at all to return the wallet.
