The dangers of Paypal Guest Checkout
I bought a blackberry z10 phone on 20th of may from a seller on ebay and it redirected me paypal so complete my payment i paid the amount as a guest user on paypal the phone was supposed to be delivered by 24th of may but i still haven’t received my item i messaged the user she isn’t replying i can’t file a case in ebay they are saying u have to visit paypal to do it then i went on paypal to dispute the transaction but can’t through because i paid as a guest user now either i want the phone or the money … please help me I would have preferred to just pay with my credit card instead of using this paypal guest check out but it wouldn’t let me and now I don’t know what to do since paypal and ebay is not helping me.

You can still escalate a case, you have to call eBay first and get a reference number and then call PayPal and explain the situation and give them your reference num, I’ve just done it and they escalated my case
dude are u serious? just dispute the transaction with your bank, fuck paypal.
