Paypal is the Grinch

I have a small Facebook business. I have sold hundreds of items mainly children clothing most consisting of Frozen costumes. Of the hundreds of clothes I send out none have not been received or damaged. On two occasions now a buyer has sent an email asking for their item to be posted to another address. I have received these requests after I have posted the item, not to mention it is against PayPal rules to post to an address other that what is recorded on the buyers account.
Both these people have eventually received their items in perfect condition but as some sick form of payback for their mistake they have lodged a claim of item not as described.
The first claim was that the dress was torn in multiple places ….. PayPal refunded the buyer without any consultation with me, I provided pictures etc the buyer provided nothing except for complaining about the address.
Currently the same situation has happened and PayPal have once again taken the money back from my account. This lady has actually destroyed two items of clothing (which I notice she can fix quite easily) in an attempt to have her money refunded all because she wanted the items sent elsewhere as a present and insisted that I refund her postage as she then had to re-post to the person whom she was buying the for. I am very angry as I know that PayPal are going to find in this ladies favor and I will be out of pocket $70.00 and the items. Not a very merry Christmas to me.
This should not be allowed I am going to close down my PayPal account and get a merchant account instead, I am tired of paypal siding with clear scammers.
